He has completed more than 40 consumer transactions since founding Real Estate Community Advisor, LLC, 2015, in Boca Raton, serving southeast Florida. He ranks in the top 4% of listing agents, IMS REStats, selling listings faster and at 96% of list price. Former resort & retirement magazine editor, Dave has presented worldwide to 50+ consumers, builder/developers and investors since 1989. This NJ native moved south to attend college and never went back. Dave has lived in and owned property around, Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas & the U.S.V.I. He is very experienced helping resort, retirees, and snowbirds find their ideal property. He is an active member in the Florida Home Builders Assoc., Urban Land Institute and a Realtor.
